Importance of us having current phone numbers

The staff at Rural Water District #6 try very hard to be good stewards to our members in all that we do. Many of you have listened to my speech about how we operate as a family business, and we try very hard to take care of each of our customers as family. We are diligent in trying to help you make good sound decisions about your water. We try to contact each customer that has a reading that seems out of the norm, or if we need to come to your property, whatever the case, we feel good communication is important to a good relationship with our customers. We act with your best interests in mind. From time to time we may need to contact you about any number of issues. You can help us by making sure we have good current phone numbers for each account. I make My cell number (580-495-7539) available to all our customers, if you need to reach someone after office hours or in an emergency. Just a simple text with your name and the name on the account will help, or you can call our office at (580) 892-3677 from 7:30 to 4:00, also you can email us at rwd-6@hotmail.com. We understand life is busy, and will not add to that with any unnecessary calls or share your information with anyone. Your consideration is greatly appreciated.
