Online Bill Pay
Our Online Bill Payment Service allows you the convenience of paying your utility bill online. You can now pay our bill 24/7. Payments can be made by using your Master Card, Visa, or Discover Card for a 2.75% fee plus 50 cents p/transaction. Have your account number handy. Payment By Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. Make certain to mail to our mailing address: Hughes County RWD 6, PO Box 327 Allen, Ok 74825. The physical address has a high risk of not being delivered. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five to seven business days before the due date specified on your bill. Please review the article in RECENT NEWS discussing our policies and procedures regarding mail service and statements.
Payment Drop-Off Location
You may pay your bill in person at our office (716 Elder Ave. Gerty). We accept cash, check, or money orders. We do NOT accept credit cards in the office, but can be made online. Payments can be dropped off at Farmer's State Bank in Allen as well as Security State Bank in Holdenville. We encourage our customers to come see us and get to know the people who are providing your water service.
Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay
Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
